About RecallLab

RecallLab provides an AI-powered SMS appointment scheduling and lead qualification service for service businesses. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

RecallLab's AI responder receives inbound SMS messages, generates contextual replies using OpenAI's GPT-4, qualifies leads based on your criteria, and books appointments via Calendly — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The service is designed for businesses that want to automate initial SMS conversations with potential customers. It does not replace human judgment for complex or sensitive situations.

User Obligations

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal authority to send SMS messages to the phone numbers you manage through the service.
  • You have obtained proper consent from recipients before sending them SMS messages through RecallLab.
  • You will use the service in compliance with all applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any other relevant communications regulations.

You are responsible for the messages sent through your account and the consent you have obtained.

Message Frequency & Carrier Rates

SMS message frequency varies based on your usage and incoming lead volume. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply. RecallLab does not control carrier rates — check with your carrier for details on message and data charges.

Calendly Integration

Appointments are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling platform. RecallLab is not responsible for Calendly's availability, reliability, or its own terms of service. When you book an appointment via Calendly, their privacy policy and terms apply to that booking.

Opt-Out

Recipients can unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL. We process opt-out requests promptly and do not send further messages to unsubscribed numbers.

Limitation of Liability

RECALLLAB PROVIDES THE SERVICE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECALLLAB IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Missed appointments, lost business, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses.
  • Service interruptions, delays, or failures beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any act or omission of Calendly, Telnyx, or OpenAI.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RECALLLAB'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RecallLab harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your failure to obtain proper consent for SMS communications.

Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. RecallLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
