  • Communicate appointment confirmations and reminders via our Calendly integration.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering our service.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share data with trusted service providers who help us deliver our service — specifically:

  • OpenAI — for AI response generation. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • Telnyx — our SMS carrier for message delivery.
  • Calendly — our scheduling partner for booking appointments.

Carrier Messaging & Rates

SMS messages sent through RecallLab are delivered via Telnyx. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply depending on your phone plan. RecallLab does not control carrier rates — check with your carrier for details.

Opt-Out

To stop receiving SMS messages from RecallLab, reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message you receive. We will honor your request promptly.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request deletion of your personal information held by RecallLab. To submit a deletion request, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within the timeframe required by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Data Retention

We retain SMS message content and associated data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to support service operations and legal obligations.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
